A chest x-ray is 不 an acceptable test for TB. A chest x-ray is only required if someone tests positive.

The requirements below are in addition to the all-student requirements listed above.

• One dose is recommended annually for all college students. CNHS students are required to have the influenza vaccine annually.

• Men B vaccine series may be administered to adolescents 和 young adults aged 16–23 years to provide short-term protection against most strains of serogroup B meningococcal disease.

• HPV is the most common sexually transmitted infection (STI) 和 is so common that nearly all sexually active individuals get it at some point. HPV有许多不同类型. Some types can cause health problems, such as genital warts 和 cancers.
• The HPV vaccine is safe 和 effective 和 can protect males 和 females against diseases (including cancers) caused by the Human Papillomavirus.
